Received my order, of all wines I love, very quickly. Boxed/packaged well. I was supposed to get 20% off my order, though. For some reason they did not apply 20% off one of my bottles; the one that was most expensive, even though it was one they had preselected and was in the ad for 20% off.

had to wait for over 2 weeks for my order. Fed Ex had sent a window of time when I should expect my delivery. Changed our appointments to be available. I arrived two hours after the delivery window. There was a note enclosed that said Laithwaite Wines couldn't come up with the wines so they substituted.

I wanted to change the address for my shipping order. Because an adult over 21 needs to be present, I need to know when they are coming. So, I tried switching the address to our business and it was so complicated I gave up. Now I have no idea when I should be home. This was ordered over a week ago.
