I stumbled upon this luxury website few weeks back as I was having trouble browsing available options thru different websites for a particular brand, i could finally see all available options for the brand in a single place and place an order on this website. The item arrived before timeline and i felt happy with the experience, will definitely order again from the website in future.

Below is my email to Tomslover: It is very surprising that you're asking for a review and I will give you my honest opinion. You are shadowy, dodgy and fraudulent. You make transacting with you a stressful and unpalatable experience, very opaque. Your communication is woeful. I made a purchase and there was no acknowledgment of it or an advisory of shipping/delivery for 7 whole days. You shipped your merchandise with no return shipping label and no clear return address. USPS said that the address from which my merchandise was sent had not been used in over 1 year. So when I returned the shipment to the address it had a forwarding address that failed. You have no telephone contact and your email address doesn't respond for about 3/4days and that's if you respond at all. You also hide behind the internet and shield yourself from the real world. The biggest issue of all is that you sell/deliver products that are at total variance from what you advertise online. Your clothings are of horrible quality fabric and sewn very badly. It is in your own interest to either change your way or change your trade. On Google review/Trustpilot you do not have a single positive review. Every single reviewer calls you a fraudster, and their claim is that they never get a refund for the horrible product that you sell. I am a living witness and example of that as I am still chasing you via PayPal to get a refund on my transaction. Very soon, the long arm of the law will catch up with you.

Starting a new job, I decided to upgrade my work wardrobe and took a chance on this site. Got a few blazers and dress pants, they look professional, fit great, and have held up well after multiple washes. Definitely helped me feel more confident in my new role and I'll be coming back for more!

I have been trying to reach this company for 3 weeks. I have sent numerous emails to their customer service team, as well as filled out the “contact us” form. I have yet to hear a single word. I was trying to exchange one of my purchased items because I made an error. I was giving as gifts. I will no longer be giving as gifts and prefer to return these items. Unfortunately, because I have not heard back, I cannot return and I am stuck with 3 items from a company I am not going to represent.
