The service provided by Alison at BB Mortgages is exceptional! I had forgotten when my mortgage was due to be renegotiated but Alison knew to the date, even after a five year gap, and got in touch way ahead of time to find me the best deal. She is thoroughly professional, knowledgeable and very friendly! I couldn't recommend Alison and BB Mortgages more highly!

Dean goes above and beyond well and truly. He contacted us about remortgaging in perfect time to get it all sorted, explained everything to us, answered all of our questions and even delivered the paperwork to our home in person due to us having a premature baby and being unable to come in to the office so soon. Fantastic team! Increadibly reliable, and took on the full responsibility of get the best mortgage avalible and inplace for the purchase. Dean was brilliant, eager to help and accomadating with any qeuires at all the stages making sure I got the best deal (in such a complicated market currently), and was always a phone call away. Searching for a mortgage broker, I wanted to use a local business. I found BB mortgages on a web search. You never really know what you’re going to get from web searches, but I was delighted with BB Mortgages. Buying a home is a very personal and emotional decision. From my first call, they were responsive, professional, knowledgeable and empathetic. They clearly had a comprehensive range of lenders they can seek the best rates and terms from, more importantly have personal relationships with those lenders which helps to speed up the process. Their fees were transparent and reasonable. My mortgage advisor was Dean who I couldn’t fault. If you need a mortgage advisor, give them a call!

Fantastic service. Having used James at BB mortgages 7 years ago I was never in doubt if the service. This time around we have had Alison Whittaker strive exceptionally to get us mortgage offers we require. As a self employed tradesman I have always struggled to get credit although Alison has gone above & beyond over recent months to secure offers for me and my family. BB provided a great service as we were coming to the end of our interest only mortgage term with Landmark (Formerly NRAM / Northern Rock).
They pushed hard to get the right deal and chased the completion through vigorously to complete before Christmas.
This was my first mortgage using a broker, I can't imagine I'll fly solo again. I'll definitely be back to BB in 5 years.

Brilliant service. Dean was so helpful and friendly every step of the way.
