Completely uncommunicative. In a world of crappy apps and web-services that are matrix of confusing links and conflicting information, this one tops my list. And, the worst part? ZERO customer service.

Baselane is working well for our rental units. Online rent collection is working great and customer service is efficient and helpful. We had tried another service with poor results. Baselane is a great service and fairly easy to set up and manage. Highly recommend.

They are bridging the gap between tenant and investor landlord.

I'm using them for my investment properties that are 5 hours away. Managing tenants, rent collection, and payments while earning interest is straightforward. The best feature is that it's free!

Absolutely excellent. As a real estate investor who manages my own properties, this has been an invaluable tool for rent collection and accounting. Some highlights:
Instantaneous opening business checking/savings accounts with unlimited virtual accounts and cards. Free wire transfers in one business day. Also 5% cashback at Lowe’s and Home Depot, and 1% everywhere else a very nice bonus for a debit card.

I had an urgent problem to be addressed. The change in APY policy didn't allow for each tenant to have their own seecurity deposit savings account. This would mean that I would have to change banks, or calculate the interest myself. The staff at baselane came up with a plan which now allows each tenant to have designated savings account with high yield APY.

The customer service from Baselane is superior to any other system I have used. It makes all the difference. I also love that you take feedback and give honest response on timeline and priority of that input. Larissa is AMAZING!!! I probably cannot say enough good about her, but she is smart, prompt, and always resolves my needs!

I really like the app and how easy and convenient it is to set up and manage my rental properties. I use it to collect rent and keep the security deposits safe. The only negative from my perspective is how long it takes for a manual deposit to process. It says 3 business days but it has consistently been taking more than that, even when the originating source has already released the funds. The deposit does not show in the Baselane app, not even as a pending transaction. This is a gap. With it taking more than 3 business days, that means it could potentially take over a week for a deposit to process and I have monthly obligations that need to be paid with that money. This means that at times some of these payments will be late even if a deposit was made well in advance. Please address this.

Baselane is awesome. SUPER helpful to get and keep your accounting organized; a lifesaver come tax time. Their product offering keeps getting better. If you are an owner of multiple properties, and have been seeking a way to get organized, I strongly recommend that you try Baselane.

Baselane makes it easy to collect rents for my property on the east coast and my renters have had no problems setting up their payments. Additionally, I recently was able to send a payment with a check through Baselane, which worked well. Finally, I like having the ability to set up virtual accounts to set aside for taxes, security deposits, etc. I have used Baselane for the past year.

Everyone at Baselane has been great. The team has always been very responsive and helpful. I came from Cozy..Once they were aquired by one of the big guys I went on the hunt for something that wasnt having my tenants rent portal associated with also hunting for apartments at the same time. Baselane was the answer.
From seeing what I'm spending per building, per unit and the tax reporting that I can pull with a click of a button. Super happy

Baselane solves a major hurdle for most real estate investors in keeping finances separate for each property. I used to spend so much time individually creating excel sheets for each of our properties. Now having them all organized within Baselane and the ability to click a button at the end of the year to get my Schedule E for each property is a GAMECHANGER. Baselane will eventually become the common practice among real estate investors.

I like the fact that Baselane simplify the entire process for a new landlord in one spot. The website is user friendly. I like the webinars of different guests. I would like to see some short tutorials on how to access some learning tools regarding different things on the website.

I inherited 3 rental units and was in the market for a new and modern banking solution. I’ve been using Baselane for a couple of months now. It was simple to set up and get started. I have tenants using it to pay rent via ACH but credit cards is also an option. I can categorize expenses easily and overall it feels like it has enough accounting features that I don’t expect to need another app for bookkeeping.

I like the application, I cant complain but when you need support, it lacks effort. I scheduled a session with support and never got a call from them, not even a follow up. so learning is pretty much on your own time and effort.

Baselane gives investors really good tools to manage Tenant rents and also track expenses for end of year tax calculations. They also have a high yield savings account, which is great to compound the rental income.

As others mentioned, this is a bait and switch company. They are now paying 0% interest on checking where you collect rent and make payments so if you want to earn any interest at all you have to double the number of accounts by having savings as well and manage the complexity of transfering money between all those accounts. There is no overdraft protection so you will not earn interest on most of your money.
Really disappointed since I liked the concept of having everything in one place and simplifying the financial management of properties, but I will be moving my money elsewhere.

I am an "accidental" new landlord and this software is so intuitive. It covers everything I need and then some. Easy to learn and use. Great customer service too. 5 stars all around!!

Larissa is the best account manager and it's great to have a fintech solution for landlords with great support. I like the automated features, reporting and tax forms. I use it to track short term and long term rental properties. I recommend the software.

Switched from Azibo to Baselane because Baselane pays. Baselane offers a high interest rate on my money. It's like having my money in a bond, but I have access to it anytime I want.
