Good quality hoody and the fleece sweat pants are friggin awesome! I can’t wait for the weather to drop so o can wear my BAERSKIN Hoody and fleece pants all winter!!! Delivery took about 9 days, definitely worth the wait. It’s like the ultimate stay warm outfit and it’s functional to put all my crap I carry in the pockets. I want to get the vest and the beanie next. Oh and probably the waterproof coat eventually.

The delivery time, too long.. . As for the hoodie, excellent, with the exception of the wast ties string too thin weak construction Make that strap military grade strong and I'll buy another same goes for the vest.
VELCRO WRIST TIES wear out and your left with flappy straps! Please add heavy duty snap on to wrist straps Same goes with the vest. Tshirt is Excellent and nice quality!

Interesting and superbly functional jacket…now water resistant! Still love my gen1; new one is even better. The zipper is still a little weird (not very easy to operate), but the new one is better. Gotta carefully line up the old one so it doesn’t come apart at the bottom. The new one seems more solid.

I ordered a rain resistant soft shell jacket from Baerskin. The jacket is great, zippers are all rubber lined and waterproof and the hood has a built in brim to stop water from dripping on your face. The jacket is great the shipping on the other hand was not so great. Very little tracking capabilities and took 10 days to arrive. Overall - the quality of the product is excellent, and I’d definitely recommend, just don’t expect it to be delivered with Amazon speed.

I purchased the heavy storm waterproof rain jacket. Finally tested it in the British weather and can say it keeps you bone dry. Have tried all sorts of rain jackets over the years and can say this is the best one to date. With regards to ordering, there is no email confirmation and is shipped from overseas so you have to be patient with your order. My order was just under 3 weeks, so bear this in mind.

I said I would update from my last review
Ordered 10th August and jacket arrived way way oversize.
Contacted customer services and was told to return to Slovakia for exchange. Cost £18.40 to send back.
Jacket has sat in customs since 2nd September waiting for bearskin.
I have contacted Slovakia Post who have advised that Baerskin need to respond by 16th September or they will send me the package back.
I have emailed Baerskin customer services 3 times in the last week and they are not even replying to me.
Looks like I’ve lost £150.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.

I was a little skeptical of buying online but discovered that Baerskin were true to what they say. I saw a nice Yellow Rainjacket for 60% off thinking this would suit my friend really well. I looked at the sizing and the cost. I went ahead and ordered it. It arrived in about a fortnight to New Zealand. Today I gave it to my friend. She was ecstatic. Loved the colour, a perfect fit over all her usual outside workclothes and so light to wear. She loved the waterproof zips also, especially the phone pocket. The sizing hint was perfect. Thank you Baerskin for the great service and honesty in your ads.

Ordering was quick and easy. Shipping was reasonable. This hoodie is the nicest hoodie I have ever seen, It has more pockets than any jacket I have, more adjustments than any coat or jacket I have and it feels extremely warm.

So far the Waterproof Softshell has kept me dry and warm, and those are its basic functions. The reasons I cannot give it a five-star rating are: the hood is freakishly large. Nobody's head is that big, and unless you have a massive beehive hairdo or a dreadlock topknot holding it up the hood will come down over half your face. I have to wear a baseball cap with it just to be able to see. Also the hood doesn't roll into the collar - there is no collar. So if it's windy but not raining, and you are not using the hood, it's just catching air behind your head. The second issue is the rubber velcro closures on the cuffs. The velcro is very weak, and the closures are well positioned if you have 12+ inch wrists. As a man with normal wrists is it difficult to get the cuffs tight enough, and the rubber sticks out, catching when I swing my arms to walk.

You products are great, but your wait times are too long and you need to do a better job of keeping customers informed. I like the rain jacket, but the color I wanted was back ordered and Bearskin never bothered to tell me. I only learned when I inquired if my order was lost. When I learned about the backorder, I simply cjoose another color. Bearskin should have contacted me.

Tracking information they have given just doesn't work & cannot get any response from at least 3 emails I have sent..

Very easy to order. Time to dispatch was very disappointing though. Once dispatched the delivery time was as expected but it seemed to take 4 weeks to get dispatched. On arrival the product is excellent.

Jackets are very good quality, and fit comfortably. I ordered these back in July and received them on sept 13. Not sure why it took so long to arrive but maybe because I ordered Canadian flags that attach by Velcro.
Looking forward to purchasing more clothing in the next month.

Baerskin were very helpful in the purchase process. Initially there was a delay in the delivery of the jacket and they immediately offered a refund but U chose to wait for the order. Unfortunately it was damaged in transit but Baerskin immediately replaced it free of charge. They have been terrific.

This is the best hoodie I have ever had. I bought 2 one for me and the other for the wife. Very warm and true to size. Highly recomended and customer service is second to none made a mistake when ordering sizes and colours emailed company and received correct sizes and colours
