This is my second order, my first on in December 2023 was a disaster. I never received it, could never get anyone to help. I received emails saying you had contacted the carrier but nothing ever came of it. I tried again today, hopefully i will receive it.

We also got the Swaddle+ Shawl/Blanket combo which are perfect for our infant daughter and us. Lightweight, comfy, very soft and easy to wash. We got the Abstract dream pattern and the color & pattern are so pretty. Definitely going to buy more!

They have cheaply made clothes that are overcharged. I spent over $300 on their clothes, the most of them was not worth their price. I sent them back, they received is on Sept 6th, today is Sept 14th. I have not received my refund on four items.

Love the bows but they come apart easily. These bows are just tied together so they come apart easily and of course it’s next to impossible to tie them back the same way so they look good and don’t come apart again. It would be nice if they even just glued them in place so they don’t come apart. I can’t put them in the wash if they get dirty because they come apart and if my daughter pulls it off her head it comes apart. If you get more than one now the cost can add up quickly so it’s disappointing when this happens and you have to spend money to buy more after only maybe one or two uses.

Worst experience worst customer services and worst policies and worst system…. I ordered 6 articles 1st time from the after placing order i need some change in size so i reach there customer service and they amend my order with new size and then i got an e mail stating that there is 5 article now one article was missing that was the same articl with another size. I buy same dressess for my both kids and then i replied there email that i placed order of 2 dresses eith same article they didnt reply that time and then i reach to chat and ask them to chek and put the missing article back in my pakage but they said we cant amend now only u can amend ur parcel one time . Our system do not allow to put the article back it is some system mistake that one article is misplaced so after 2,4 hours chat the resolutaion came to an end that they will reship my parcel with missing article and they send me a voucher of 70 dollars to shop that missing article again my shipping cost will also fulfil in this voucher the voucher hav to get expired after 3 days soonafter i got ail to plz rate our services i put 5 star on trustpilot …i became happy and start shoping again next day but what when i chek out my acct got issues and i was unable to make order then i got e mail that my mussing article has bern placed in my pakage. Soon after 1 hour again got email that system cant process and missing article is not placed u have two offers to get ur reshiping without missing article and we will compensate with 15 percebt discoung voucher or we will cancel the order u make new order and all i ask them i got a voucher idont need offers any more … then i again talk yo customer services agent and told them i am getting these e mails and i am also unable to make order from.they ask me to wait snd they will solve the problem but for 1 weak they make me foolish and ask me to wait wait and just wait after one weak ehen the voucher get expired thay said our system have some security cheks thats why ur acct is black listed and they they have no answer whar security cheks there was???? Then i got email that now u can place a new order we have refund u with missing article price ur act is ok now what is that they are makinnus fool they have spoiled my babies event . I said them many time that i want that article at any cost but they do not bother at all . Just because they dont want me to use that voucher for that they mske this all bulshits . One agent says some thing else while one says something else . They dont know whats going on in company too kuch frustrating company
