Staff helped me load my items. Items were packaged carefully and ready for me when I got there. I felt like a princess. Very seldom have I felt as catered to as I did at this auction. Items were exactly as described and there were no unpleasant surprises.

Biggest legal scam ever !! Bought it a car from corby Copart auction that was stated runs and drives ,when I get there they don’t even showed me a car ,they just told me the car is dead ,they told me do a complaint,after I applied for a complaint,they said they don’t ever do refunds,and I must collect faulty car or they charge storage fee ! I been scammed legally,there is no such a thing like members protection!! Be aware of this auction ! All descriptions are incorrect

They are a pain in the A$$ to Deal with. No sense in using them when you can go directly to Copart unless it's something you can bid on yourself. But my advice is to just wait for something else to come up that you can actually bid on. I ended up buying two motorcycles the other week. One of them was through a better bid and the other through copart. I ended up spending an extra $900 for the same exact thing at a better bed. They also wanted to force me to use their transportation and charge me an extra $1,400 for that. I absolutely refused and through their terms and conditions at them because nowhere is it clearly stated that you have to use their transportation. Also they BS around and they don't give the transporter the title to the vehicle that you purchase. You have to wait a few extra weeks for that. They also dick around and don't send the paperwork out for you to sign to get the title for like 2 weeks. Which is so stupid since it's electronic. Also I didn't even know that I won the auction with them. Because their website doesn't update in a timely manner. I had no idea that I had one of vehicle until an hour later I received an invoice from them. Hence why I ended up with two bikes. Also I just got my damn title in the mail but instead of it being signed over to me it's signed over to them. So now I have to go get it in my name in Florida then turn around and get it in my name in Virginia and deal with all the Salvage b*******. They keep changing the numbers around on the invoice versus the bill of sale. It makes things look very fishy. I'm very mad that they sent me this stupid title that is made out to them! Why the hell would you do that

Be aware it's about a circus experience not about the cars. I purchased 11 cars. 6 had problems to major problems, (thats not Mecum's fault they cannot vet condition). Absolutely everything is a charge and up charge. They corner you into using there transport for cars with tight timelines to remove the car from the lot and charge more than other transports. Food vendors complain about getting overcharged by mecum and they say they have to charge a lot for food. Auctioneers jump pricing on bids and you dont know that the actual bid is tens of thousands less. The auctioneer will misrepresent car values indirectly as if the cars are worth so much more. I dont feel i was treated as a customer ever that there only concern was to get more money from me to enter, sit somewhere , sit closure to the stage, push me to bid more and charge me more for shipping than i pay other companys to ship cars. I feel They could care less about me as a customer Just my money and how to get more of it.

Very disappointed as as the seller hasn't sent me the MOT certificate or the service records as he said he would. He told me he had to send the MOT to DVLS but they told me that wasn't the case. I have had a number of issues with regard to the car and wanted to return it. This caused a few issues with the seller, who is now in Australia for a few months. I am dealing with cancer and I am severely disabled, since i picked the car up one of the tyres is continually going flat, which isn't good as I have severe arthritis and find it difficult sorting it out. Also when I take the car to a garage or phone up a garage up they tell me they can't help as it's imported, although I have the registration documents. I was informed that the reasons the tyres go flat is because of the TPMS. The seller said he has arranged for someone to fix them at the end of September, which is a long time to wait. So I have no car that I can rely on due to these issues. The other problem is if I need to take the car to a garage in the future I'm not sure if they will be able to help because of all of this. I'm not sure what I should do as the seller hasn't got back to me. Michael.

Security issue or software bug - they won't own up to it, nor will they provide proof that we made a bid. Sketchy at best; work with this vendor at high risk.

Made the mistake of using this service. I wanted Carfax report and got the Auotcheck report. Be careful when selecting which report you wish to buy. While they initially tried to help me, they wouldn't do anything until I removed my claim. This of course does not leave me any recourse if they don't follow-up. Simple call to block the charge on my end, but this could have been easily avoided. Also reporting to PayPal as they way they handled this was less than ideal. Highly recommend using a verified or sponsored service rather than Vinfax. Will cross-post this review.
