5 stars for efficiency and customer service - highly recommend

We contacted Appliance Connection randomly after doing an internet search. We worked with representative Danielle Coleman who made the process seamless, easy and super efficient in meeting our needs. We had ordered our dream stove in a quick manor after she had carefully answered all our questions and walked us though each step. Amazing customer service. We will be returning to Appliances Connection for all our appliance needs in the future.

This company is a fraudulent scam.

Just found out today that Appliance Connection shut their business down suddenly and filed bankruptcy. I received the bankruptcy notice yesterday 3/19/24. I tried to contact them today in regards to the washer/dryer set I ordered a month ago and had not received. There is no one to get a hold of, I feel devasted and so shocked and upset. I'm in the process now of working with my credit card to have the $2300.00 I was charged reversed but the informed me this could take several weeks. I'm so sorry I went with this company. I think I'm still in a state of shock about what is happening to me financially and the washer and dryer that I was so looking forward to doesn't even exist.

Appliance Connection Bankrupt with Zero Notification

Just learned through Reddit thread that Appliances Connection is now out of business. Bought three appliances from this company since November 2023 -- all delivered. Then I ordered a high end range three times in January 2024. The first two orders -- on sale -- were cancelled and I was told the item had been discontinued in the color I wanted. Changed colors again and ordered another not on sale for nearly 10K on Jan 10. After not hearing from AC after multiple inquiries, today I called credit card company (Chase) and asked them to reverse charge -- they said a decision will be made in 7 biz days. Now ordering an appliance from another company who says they won't deliver for 12 weeks -- screwed on my kitchen renovation timeline. Appliances Connection could have at least notified me of bankruptcy so I would not be scrambling to replace this product or dealing with dead warranties for other products. :(

I purchased a mixer from company on…

I purchased a mixer from company on February 29th; did not receive product before company went out of business. Their website no longer is operational and redirected to investor.polished.com. I have not received a refund for my purchase and there is no way to contact the company.

Sasha

Sasha, the associate we worked with, was INCREDIBLE! Her patience and expertise made her a joy to work with. She went above and beyond sifting through all of the manufactures, models and options to ensure that we were able to find the perfect set of appliances that met our needs and our budget. We would not hesitate to recommend her to family and friends. We know we will be back!

Daniele was my salesperson and she is…

Daniele was my salesperson and she is the nicest person you could ever talk to. She is soft spoken but she communicates clearly and precisely with zero surprises. Every question was answered to my satisfaction and I felt no pressure at all. I actually hung up when done but then called back half an hour later to place my order. I just didn't want to buy anywhere else after talking to Daniele. Thanks for hiring her. Allan L

Ms. Katie Bange was BOTH very knowledgeable, and patient with a challenging circumstance of space - requiring very specific machines; but she was also personable and funny during the week-long round-about of e-mails. Highly recommend working w/ Donn Frye at Appliances Connection

I was overwhelmed by the choices and vendors for new appliances as we underwent a home renovation project. Working with Donn Frye from Appliances Connection made that whole process MUCH easier and clearer. Donn went out of his way to make sure we knew all of our options, and helped us find repair technicians who could service us at our remote address. Highly recommend doing business with him!

Celia was wonderful in customer…

Celia was wonderful in customer service. I had numerous contacts with her about several delivery issues that. took place when I had a washer and dryer delivered to my sister. She had a sympathetic ear and assured me the complaint was sent to the Cartier for follow up. A BIG thank you to Celia.

Douglas was extremely helpful in getting us what we needed, despite a few challenges. After it first appeared that our project would be delayed because of the appliance order, Douglas helped us make necessary changes to get everything we needed on time. Life saver!

Top notch communication and customer support

Donn Frye was such a help in putting in our order. I tried to order online but two of the appliances were back ordered and the website was trying to delay everything to be shipped together which would have been almost 2 months out! A quick call and Donn was able to place the order for me with the same discounts/rebates as the website and make sure the first two appliances shipped immediately. Delivery took about 2 weeks from placing the order but overall I’m really happy with the pricing and customer support. Far superior to any of the customer support the orange or blue big box stores around me have ever provided.

Downdraft Exhaust System.

I had a list of appliances and a speciality item I needed to replace for our kitchen and Nathan Bent went above and beyond to be sure I reviewed a variety of products before making a decision. He was able to walk me thru the pros and cons of each item and helped me decide on the products that best met our needs and budget. Attentive, respectful, and personable - 160% would recommend him to anyone that needs to buy any appliances !
When I told him I needed to purchase only one today and the remaining items in a few days he worked with me to generate a new quote. So accommodating and thoughtful.

Customer service

Selected and ordered a trim kit for my built in microwave and received it promptly. Great packaging and quality and it was exactly what I ordered. Sadly it didn’t quite fit my microwave so I needed to return it and reached out online about the return process. Received correspondence back from Jackie who was courteous and accommodating. Although I was disappointed the trim kit didn’t work for us I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the return process has been. Will use this company in the future. Thx Jackie!

Excellent prices and service

This is the second time I've purchased appliances from Appliances Connection. I am am pleased with the selection and pricing of everything I have bought. They kept me informed of delivery dates and I was particularly happy with Santiago di Santo who was able to make an adjustment in the date to suit my schedule. If I need appliances in the future, this will be the first store I contact!

Ordered the ILVE 48" black with brass…

Ordered the ILVE 48" black with brass range dual fuel back in November. The order finally arrived from Italy and set to be delivered/installed with white glove. Turns out there was a mistake made while ordering and cords were missing. Ara, from the customer service call line, resolved the issue within 20 minutes. Ara turned this stressful situation all around! Great customer service!
