The parts were what I needed and the advice I got on changing the bearings was helpful. The only issue was with FedEx and the amount of fees that they charged when the parts arrived in Canada. I know that here is a better option. Fees were an additional $50.

Had alot of issue w the baby link and pivots. Broke 2 baby links in 2 months. The rear triangle was constantly loose. The bike was great for about a year. Just sold it.

My Arktos 140 arrived ready to ride. I just put the handlebars on, put Stans in the tires, and slapped on some pedals. Tubeless sealants comes in the box, so all you need is a dab of assembly grees for the pedal threads. Bike has been incredible. Arrived as ordered without any issues.

My selection of Alchemy Bicycles were due to two factors. Their great reviews and the ability to visit the fabrication facility and have the fitting done along with in person discussions with the staff. Any questions or issues were handled on a timely basis by Ryan and Bryce.

Very happy with the bike quality and ease of getting it from the manufacturer. The whole process was smooth considering ordering online. There was some assembly required and I am happy to have a torque wrench to dial in the minimal assembly I needed to do. Would definetly recomment Alchemy Bikes to others.

Alchemy was decent to work with, but was totally disappointed that the rear end suspension had problems within the first year of riding. Thought they should have replaced the bearings and hardware that was worn, but not the case. Sold the bike in a year and went with another brand.

From the date of the order to delivery, the communication was good. There were some slight changes and actually upgrades to my bike order. I think I made the mistake of ordering 42 cm handlebars when I really needed 44. Lesson learned. So if it service, they are pretty much Johnny on the spot. The bike itself has been amazing as I was able to keep up with a performance road team on a group ride riding the Alchemy, Lycos. I also did a gravel race in northern Wisconsin, and it was super stable and comfortable through all kinds of road surfaces.

Picked up custom Ronin titanium gravel bike. Very pleased with the whole experience. The fitting process worked really well. bike fits me perfectly. Did end up raising the saddle about 1/2". During the build process Alchemy provided appropriate updates. Extremely happy with the bike. Matches my expectations and is a joy to ride. Have put a little over three hundred miles on the bike and except for being a little dirty it is still good as new. I would recommend Alchemy to anyone looking for a new bike.

Super easy to work with everyone at Alchemy. They helped answer any questions I had and the 30 day return period made it easy to test the bike before I felt locked into buying it. One note, once you test this bike you'll never want to give it back. The Arktos absolutely rips up and down mountains. It's playful and fun while still holding a great line when you need it to. I would absolutely recommend this bike to anyone who loves bikes and wants a great deal without compromise.

I bought an Alchemy bike 3 summers ago and absolutely love the Arktos. Turns Hard Money and Scraggy into Disneyland for adults. The factory set up is amazing and I'll never have to upgrade anything.

Purchase was a pleasant experience, Bryce Wood was very responsive to my questions. Bike arrived in great shape, setup was a snap; and the bike rides like a dream.
I just got back from a weekend in Moab, Utah. In addition to riding great; the Arktos drew a lot of positive attention. Riders, and even the employees at the shop were very interested in the bike, as well as my impressions of it.

Just upgraded my old first generation Arktos to the newest Arktos. I loved my old Arktos, but WOW - the new generation Arktos is a dream to ride! From climbing to descending to handling - everything is improved and has me grinning from ear to ear. Couldn't be happier with the level of care and expertise the Alchemy team gave to help find the perfect fit, setup and travel for me. Love my Alchemy bikes!

The communication and attention to detail from Alchemy is amazing! I own a high end bike shop in Madison, WI and I also own a fast, fun and slick Titanium CX/Gravel Alchemy bike. It's super fun and snappy! We've sold many road bike from all carbon to titanium. The last few bikes were both gravel. One carbon and one Titanium. :-) Keep up the awesome work!!

Great product + friendly and knowledgeable staff = best experience for those looking to obtain a top tier product at a price much more reasonable than paying for a big-name product without sacrificing on components or quality.
My Alchemy Arktos 150 has been a solid performer and climbs much better than other same-travel bikes I've ridden. Aside from being bitten by the Fox Transfer Seat post pandemic blunder with inferior seals which FOX promptly corrected under warranty (no fault of Alchemy's), I have been super happy my new ride. You can't go wrong with a Denver designed, highly performing piece of machinery. Give them a try, the demo center has some great trails to put the bikes through its paces. Another satisfied customer.

I purchased a new Rogue earlier in '22 and was a bit skeptical, given the new line and lack of reviews. Bryce was phenomenal to work with, as I customized my build kit and peppered him with questions. I've built and bought many previous custom and semi-custom bikes and can say the customer service and process at Alchemy was top notch. I've ridden and raced the bike all year and am very happy with the ride quality and feel. Keep up the great work, Alchemy!

Excellent customer service. I had doubts on what size to purchase and Ben and Bryce walked me through the differences of the two sizes and recommended the XL based on my measurements and riding style. It fits me perfectly.
