Great customer service to start. Albina answers very quickly and also ships very quickly. The gowns are of very great quality and they fit true to size. (Yes this is a real site my first time ordering and I wore dress to a wedding. Will be ordering again)

Loved my entire experience working with Albina Dyla. I was looking for a reception dress for my wedding. I first reached out asking questions to which I got an immediate response. They even asked me to send my order number once I completed the purchase so they could ensure my order was fulfilled quickly.
When the dress arrived it was packaged nicely. The dress was exactly how it looked in the photo online and even better in person. The details on the dress were amazing and looked like hand beading. The dress was true to size and fit perfectly based on my measurements.
I would 100% order from Albina Dyla again. The attention to detail and responsive customer service were an added bonus to how much I loved the dress!

I was skeptical about the quality since I had never purchased, but it was beyond an amazing purchase. From communication to quality and fit, it was all perfect !

2. Quality was past expected. Materials are very great quality and sequin does not itch on the skin.

Wow! Thank you so much for the swift service as i received my dress within one month of placing my order with my exact measurements. Shkurte, my sales rep, sent me an email within ten minutes of placing my order and never stopped contacting me or replying up until confirming i received delivery. She ensured the dress was made according to my measurements and It fits perfect!
This dress exceeded my expectations! The material and weight of the dress lets you know it’s high quality. I think some of the bad reviews are people who didn’t buy directly from Albina DYLA and third party vendors can’t achieve this quality at low price points. The details and material are top tier. I can’t believe I was able to purchase this stunning dress during the up to 70% off sale!

I got the address which is made up entirely from the scratch ,the fit is perfect and the design is the same as it shown in the website. The customer service respond is very quickly. Very disappointed with the dress I ordered. I would expect the dress to be different when ordering from fashion nova for £60 but not when I invest close to £500 in a dress. I wouldn't oder from this line on their site, very poor craftsmanship with and the embellishments are different from tge pictures on the website.
Also, tried to contact customer service but after a few hours of asking for my order number, they're now not replying.

Just received my dress and it is even more beautiful in person than in pictures. Pictures do not do justice at the intricate detail, beautiful work.
Had a hard time with communication in the beginning, but overall absolutely had a great experience. I will definitely purchase additional dresses from Albina Dyla.

Black American Mom getting ready for Prom! I had an exceptional experience with Albinadyla. When my daughter ordered from them I was skeptical and afraid bc it was coming from overseas to America.
There was a duty to be paid at arrival (which could have been more clear at purchase) but the customer service was attentive and followed up with me through the process.
The actual Dress was well made. It was adorned with better quality ornaments, beads, and feathers. The stitching was flawless and followed all the seams perfectly.
