The staff is very responsive. An improvement may be additional vehicles. We had to wait until they unloaded and returned for a second trip. We eventually got our car and went over away with no issue.. Mark

A time saving and efficient parking solution. Park, get driven to LGA immediately and the return trip is the same. Drivers are friendly and helpful. Plus the rate is very reasonable.

They are on the expensive side, but you get fast, reliable service. It's probably the easiest experience Park and Ride Experience I've had in my years of traveling. Don't forget to tip the drivers and leave a dollar in the tip jar at the counter. These people deal with cranky travelers every day and they are always courteous.

We have used Airpark both at LGA and JFK for years. Quick check-in and check-out, always a van available to take to the airport immediately, and usually quick pick up at the terminal ( within 5-10 min). Our car is ready and waiting when we return. Also love their program where you get days free after staying a cwertain # of days.

This parking place is the BEST. Park your car and in less than 10 minutes, you are at the airport door. Great, speedy service. Pick up is also a breeze and very fast. I love them and have been using them for years.

I have never used this lot or offsite parking prior. Due to the construction issues and a quick trip it made sense.

It was convenient and close to airport. Being open 24 hours was appreciated. You discounted AAA members. My daughter left her car elsewhere and our plane was delayed. The place she parked at was closed by 11:00pm. I had to drive her back to NY the next day. :(

For the past 8 years I've flown out of Laguardia every other week, this is the only place I park when flying out of Laguardia. Shuttles for departure and pickup are always quick, the drivers know the travel patterns despite the ever changing construction schedule. Everyone does a great job and I know my car is safe there.

We have used Airpark many times with no complaints. Everyone is so friendly and efficient and makes traveling very enjoyable to not have to worry about parking or getting to the terminal etc. the price is good and I now love their loyalty program.

Easy and smooth process. Super close in proximity to LGA. They had my car pulled out and ready for me when the shuttle dropped me off.

The rewards are never easy to use the website is crap. Operates like a ten year old wrote the code. Management or owners are ignorant. if you can even get one on the phone. The employees are great. I feel sorry for them. If you want a good review, stop being a greedy, uncaring, and coward, afraid to talk to customers without hiding behind llc and nullshit phone numbers.
