Good and prompt service until I paid for the ticket. Then the ball was dropped entirely. Fx despite requesting multiple times that my Platinum frequent flier number was inserted when ticket was booked so that would get good seats, - he did not do it. Result was that on the 7 international flights I got terrible seats, such as middle seat in middle isle. Even on biz class I got bad seats. When I mentioned it to him he did not really care nor do anything about it. Take the money and run is the mode of this outfit.

So, flycheapest is a great platform to plan your trip with reasonable prices. In my case it was very important for me to get to saint john N.B on that particular day and earlier I did missed my flight so I was searching for a next possible flight and I came across this online platform and particularly I had to mention one of their employee named Melissa who was so kind and helpful and made this trip possible for me with discounted price and easy service.

The company advertises Business Class Fares but they are really economy fares that are cash upgraded. Try checking in a second piece of luggage, not so much or so easy and expensive. They misspelled my wife's name it took numerous phone calls and work with several different agents as the original agent, his replacement, the replacement's agent, and the replacement replacement's agent were long gone. Just a poor experience.
