This company is a scam! I got a $48 charge from aimpuzzle.com on my credit card on Aug 1st 2024 and
the Tracking number I got for shipping does not give you any details where the package is!

This wooden puzzle is one of the best gifts I've ever bought for my child! Each piece is cut so finely, allowing the kids to easily assemble various shapes and patterns. Not only does it improve their hand-eye coordination, but it also enhances their patience and focus. Highly recommended!

I really liked the thickness of this puzzle. There are THREE layers of wood in it, making it very sturdy and probably very hard to break. The way the puzzle fits together is different than any other puzzle I have ever put together before. Each pieces has several square cut notches in it to fit into its coinciding piece. I really enjoyed putting this puzzle together, and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a thick, sturdy, not too easy puzzle to put together.

It was the first puzzle I had ever completed that wasn't boring, easy, or frustrating. It was just the right amount of captivating, enjoyable, lovely, and fulfilling. There were multiple methods for fitting a piece. The outcome was worthy of art and satisfying.

My kittens and I both found it enjoyable. I had to hide the puzzle because they would sit on it when I wasn't trying to put it together, just like they did with my phone, iPad, and keyboard. I suggest utilizing right while the kids re sleeping if you want to keep all the parts!

Playing this wooden puzzle with my family made for a wonderful weekend. The wooden material is incredibly sturdy, and the puzzle's design is so engaging, keeping us excited throughout. Completing the puzzle gave us immense satisfaction. It's truly an outstanding product!

I love jigsaw puzzles but they are always too quick for me. A 500 piece square/rectangular puzzle will take me about 2 hours. So far I've spent at least 10! The colors are gorgeous and the actual cut itself is so innovative it's fun to just see the puzzle pieces fit together. It was definitely worth the money.

These puzzles are gorgeous! Beautifully crafted--they're works of art, really. I buy them for my daughter-in-law, who is a puzzle aficionado. They are her favorites, and she works each of them multiple times. The pieces are sturdy and carefully cut, made to last. You could do this puzzle a hundred times and not wear it out. The colors are brilliant, I marked ease of assembly a four (four stars) only because no one wants a puzzle that's snap to solve. You want it challenging. And these are that--without being frustrating.

Sent me wrong puzzles-- I ordered two Large size puzzles and one medium size and they sent only one large size and two small sizes and one of them was a wrong design. They keep insisting that the puzzle was a mystery puzzle and not a wrong product and refused to send me a replacement. It may be better to buy from Amazon rather than the company site.

Made my order first week of January. Here it is, 1/31/2023, and my order has STILL NOT ARRIVED. Tracking doesn't even show it moving since 1/9. And yet I have gotten 3 requests to leave a review. I try hard to avoid purchasing anything that has to be shipped from overseas and am completely fed up with that information being hidden or misrepresented in advertisements for products. Is it any wonder a lot of us stick to Amazon Prime?!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Ordered from them and it took a while for the puzzle to arrive and then it was the wrong puzzle. They offered a $2 refund on a $42 puzzle. They were not helpful at all when emailed several times to rectify the problem that they caused. They do not stand behind their service at all. Do not waste your money, you probably won't get what you ordered and their customer service is basically non-existent. There are other places to buy wooden puzzles that will send you what you ordered.

I enjoyed working on the turtle puzzle, I wish the prices stayed together better than they do. All the pieces were in the box, the pieces were small but perfect as I only had limited working space. Had not done a puzzle in a quite some time and this was just challenging enough.

Very disappointed.
Price was in Australian $$ then changed to US so my reasonably priced puzzle ended up extremely expensive. Was not aware until PayPal transaction went through.
Puzzle arrived 2 weeks after quoted time.
The wrong puzzle was delivered.
The worst: no box or reference picture of any kind. All puzzlers would expect a reasonable sized reference picture and for the price a box.

Puzzle not as pictured. Color very muted, two pieces badly cut, and piece missing. I sent pictures to customer service but they only offered discount voucher on future purchase. No thank you. Very disappointed Aimpuzzle accepts less than quality end product.

Ordered puzzles with the largest pieces available for an elderly grandmother’s gift. Received the smallest puzzles they sell but paid for the largest. No credit given. Took forever to arrive. No pictures to reference and pieces so small intended recipient cannot pick up or place the tiny pieces. A waste of $75.00 and my time. Find somewhere else to shop and save yourself the frustration.

Really enjoyed putting together these well made colourful puzzles. The different animal shapes of the individual pieces also make it interesting regardless of what puzzle you have ordered. The small velvet like bag the arrive in makes them easy to store and travel on holiday etc.
I have bought 3 now and not had any disappointments or complaints. They also make lovely gifts.

My delivery order 1165 didnt arrive and Aimpuzzle fordwarded me to the delivery company who didnt took responsability of the non delivered item. I lost the money, didnt get the purchase and Aimpuzzle doenst give the money back. Relly waste of money and energy.

Their answer:
"...our logistics partner your order has been delivered as of 2022-02-21 10:16 Malsch (DE), Delivered. Kindly check your surroundings or box. "
But I didnt received nothing at all, then i must must check wiht neighbors unsucessfully, and not even the complain is accepted by them. They wash their hands. The worst service at all.

Always start on a good note. I love the irregularity with the individual puzzle pieces. Makes putting this puzzle together much more fun than regular puzzles. I had a very enjoyable experience with that. On the opposite side of that coin, I’m glad I got this while it was on sale. The puzzle is quite small compared to what is advertised on the website, which was very disappointing. The actual print is a very beautiful design, but it is unfortunately not consistent, where a full 1/6th of the puzzle looks faded compared to the rest, almost like the printer was running out of ink
