Took my money, didn't file return, didn't follow up Used these guys for 3 years now. First 2 went fine. This year completed and paid before the deadline and for whatever reason the return wasn't filed. I'm willing to accept some blame here as I was in a rush with various things going on in my personal life, however I paid them 175 with the receipt dated before deadline day, and then the report wasn't filed - I had a receipt, I assumed the return had been sent. No alerts, no warnings that paying wasn't an accepted return. For a service that claiums to be user friendly, surely something should be done to say "hey, you paid but haven't "filed" (I thought that's what I did when I paid). Now its 90 days overdue and the company that was supposed to help me file my US taxes did nothing after I paid my money for a completed tax return. But what has me really angry - no customer service in sight to walk me through what I need to do or expect now. They advertise 24/7 customer service but there is no readily available chat or contact number on your dashboard. All I could find was a contact email on their Lead Generation landing page. Absolutely unacceptable. Don't use them, find someone else who will make sure your return is filed after they take your money - or at least someone who will be available if something goes wrong.

I had very bad experience with this company.. There are very disorganized and untrustworthy.. They made me get a warrant from the state with out notice recently of $888.00 and after all the back and forth with them in the past dealing with IRS confusion tax bills..They told me to go on the IRS sight to start a payment plan for another tax bill of $1,925.00 I called them back to get info about a Tax form Examined and Tax Period Examined which they examined, so I can proceed with the IRS website for the payment plan, but the person who was helping was not to smart and the morons who responded and told me the case is closed, so we can’t do nothing about it.. What a nightmare with this company.. Beware.!!!!
