Really poor service
Really poor service. The car wasn’t as advertised. It was dirty . The host gave no advice as to how pick would be managed and thus delayed our travel north from Brisbane. We had an accident and paid the host and the third party directly only to find out we would receive no insurance cover. The host gave no advice as to how we should deal with the incident. On completion of our trip the host contacted us and asked us to change our review to a 5 star rating. Since returning home TURO have been difficult to contact and not forthcoming with any insurance cover. We will never use this company again and do not recommend. Stay way from this company!
