4 stars because there wasn't a moving truck available at the time of my moving. Had to put off moving until the next day. Other than that the person who helped with the purchase of the storage unit was polite and knowledgable.

I ordered the "Best Friend" mug for my daughter. Somehow it got lost but I emailed told them about my order being weeks late and they reordered and shipped her a new mug. She loves it!!!! Thanks Gossby. I'll be ordering 5 "Sister Mugs" soon
