Review of EE
BT decided to move one of our mobiles across to EE even though we categorically told them not to because there is no signal where we live, and now EE will not give me the PAK code to allow me to move my number to a new provider having agreed to do so. My wife needs this number as an adult social care manager it’s her life line for work. So far the phone is useless, it’s impacting her work ability to react to urgent cases and is causing her major problems, EE useless, even though twice they have confirmed they will give the code as quickly as they can, Sharon and Jenny at EE customer services you should leave and work elsewhere as you have not done what you said THANK YOU
Even though Matty replied we are still having major issues, promised phone calls not happening, even had emails from Merthyr office confirming call back but silence and now being chased for money we don’t owe. OH DEAR try another mobile provider.

So home move should be simple, having done it 3 times in 6 yrs, Oh NO. So far cancelled my email accounts cancelled our BT mobile phones and moved them to EE who have no coverage in the area, changed back to BT only to be told via email they are moving one phone back to EE, I have spent 10hrs on this now 7 phone calls and still they keep messing it up, OFCOM not worth the public money they get and here we are after 35 yrs with BT with no mobiles no broadband and and a complete mess which changes from one catastrophe to another daily. Doesn’t seem to matter to them, for such a company their service is/has become unbelievably bad. Time to move sadly but if a national company cannot do or deliver a simple request what hope have the British public?

Review of Fedex
Brought an item from Italy. Delivered by FedEx cannot complain delivery as and when stated, however now being chased for import and tax, which was paid within a week of receiving goods, have a receipt, yet being chased for payment, went on line to check and low and behold nothing owing. Customer services all AI or online chat cannot speak to them directly so have to wait for up to 10 days to see why and what the the state is , not happy with this service what so ever, luckily I copied all communications, and screen shot chats not a very good system at all, avoid if at all possible for general well being and peace of mind.

Ordered an exhaust, no confirmation of order ever received, emailed twice them asking for an update, nothing back, however I emailed them directly and they stated they had emailed and turned out the email address was incorrect so they telephoned me and assured me exhaust had been dispatched and is with the courier. Thanks for the call and reassurance first class.

Their personal account management doesn’t work when trying to log into the account just get Error 404 message absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I will be raising a formal complaint with the FCA about the company

Review of Dunelm
Ordered curtains on click and collect, in stock, drove 40 mile round trip for nothing, they couldn’t find them so must not be in stock. Paid for click and collect, now had an email saying refund will be in January 2022….. !!!! no email contact on their website only a snail mail address. So Dunelm keep my money for 20 plus days.. and I’m not only out of pocket for a wasted journey, I am now lending Dunelm my money interest free. This is extremely bad customer service

So took the day off nice warm and sunny so windows and doors open. 15:24 registered on TNT website to track my parcel and guess what apparently 11 mins later they apparently tried to deliver but according to them no one home so contacted the free phone number and was told will have to wait until next week for the birthday present for my son. Pure lies to avoid making a delivery no missed you card, nothing at all so now I have to drive 20 miles tonight to collect so I can take it with me tomorrow to my son. TNT and DPD both seem to give out spurious reasons why they have not delivered
the only ones who seem to try are the post office so I future if the company I would like buy from doesn’t use Royal Mail then they won’t get my business. Another days leave wasted for these 2nd rate delivery companies.

3 days of my life lost to either failure to deliver on days given, today,day 3 apparently I am not at home, yet they did not turn up if they did they didn't ring the bell, and as I work from home 5 days a week there is no excuse including the message especially for them stuck in the window saying DPD ring the bell, and I have a decorator in painting the front room next to the front door so if they had turned up they could have seen him and knocked on the window. Unbelievably poor service, make sure you don't buy products on line that use DPD I will make sure that I avoid them at all costs. They didn't even show on Saturday or send a spurious message saying 'sorry we missed you'.

Absolutely the worst company to deal with, even after being a loyal customer for 30 plus years their treatment and service is the worst we have ever experienced, from the failure to carry out a new boiler installation 3 years ago to the agreement and charges we pad to the failure to install a smart meter after 4 attempts and 4 days annual leave lost to accommodate their incompetence. Even when they were found at fault by OFGEM they still refused to honour the resolution. And now even though we switched to BULB (nice people) they are hounding us for the final payment even though there is a agreement in place ( this was due to the unbelievably large bill due to them closing accounts when we had not asked for them to do so, and they blamed us, but it was found they did it and not us by OFGEM) we had agreed to pay the bill in two parts now they are threatening us with bad credit reports and all the bull along with it. They don't do what they say they will and they are a complete mess, do not buy a new boiler and switch to a better supplier you have been warned. I could rant on but all I can do is advise avoid at all costs.

Review of NHBC
NHBC are in cahoots with the builders they supply their guarantees with. I have failed rendering and poorly fitted window sills, the water has run down behind the render and blown, the sills do not extend beyond the render and there is a 3-4mm gap between the sills and the render where water has ingressed behind the render and also caused damp on the inner wall. NHBC came out with Wain Homes and the apparent engineer from NHBC said that the issue was under £1500 and not covered, not withstanding the shoddy and poor work carried out by the builder in question. This house still has 4 years remaining and they just deny works required to stop . Ignore this incompetent and biased company and buy some form of protection from elsewhere as they are in it for money only and not the cover they claim to offer new home owners.

Review of Magnet Kitchens
Having had issues with my newly installed kitchen I have to say after todays visit the issues are still outstanding. On visiting the branch at Victoria, St Austell, and being told the design by B&Q would not work, they designed a kitchen. They came out and checked it and then the kitchen was installed. The kitchen didn't fit, and the end facia board could not be installed without modifying the skirting board and moving the fridge, bearing in mind the one being taken out did fit with the fridge. The taps and sink were not worth having due to being too thin and very flexible, however the branch manager did replace that and the work top. So fair enough. However the finish of the pelmet and the doors were due to be resolved today but yet again the replacement door( issues with the finish) wasn't in stock even though it was agreed this would be dealt with on their return to finish off what they hadn't done on the last visit in August and they held stock of this specific range of units.
Today their contractor visited and finished the dealing for the work surface and tried to realign the pelmet, this is now split where the screw was moved and refitted and the gap has not been reduced. So happy not, they use contractors and charge you double for the installation and yet when it comes to resolving issues its a trying and disappointing service. I thought Magnet were a professional company, but it seems that once your money is with them its forget it you lose. I have all the evidence pictures emails the lot...If there is any ounce of decency in the company then maybe they will solve these minor issues? If they do I will redress this review, if not I will take this up with the credit card company and other channels that are open to me.

I have had the alarm system for one month and a few days, so far I have paid for the installation and for the 1st month they then write to tell me they are taking the month I have already paid for and a month in advance. I have emailed them 7 times and they have not dealt with it. So we cancelled the direct debit and asked for an annual invoice which is what I wanted and told S**** the rep this when we signed up. Guess what, here we are today and instead of the usual 10-14 day wait for a letter bang it took two days for them to write and tell me I owe them money I have already paid. WARNING check your bills, as they also have a policy of rounding up your bills, which I object to. They don't have the right to do this and if they are doing it to me they are doing it to many others, imagine how much extra money they take without people knowing. The FOS have taken an interest in my complaint to them about this practice.
I have never experienced an arrogant and poor attitude from their customer service dept to the point I refuse to call them only communicate via email so I can get delivery receipts to prove my case should I end up in County Court with ADT.
